Embodiment, Boundaries, & Resiliency

  • Minka Brooklyn 1120 Washington Ave, 3rd Floor Brooklyn, NY 11225 (map)

Sunday, September 15
7:00PM - 9:00PM
Minka Brooklyn, Brooklyn, New York

As sensitive creatures, we experience challenges, stressors, burdens, and sometimes even those persistent discomforts in our world that weigh on us and build up over time.

But we are earth medicine. Many of our most essential allies can be found within. Our embodied experience offers clear and direct examples of how to navigate the challenges in our lives with greater perspective and resource.

Join us to widen your scope and gather new resources for handling such heaviness, the day-to-day, large and small, allowing you to keep your integrity and boundaries even in difficult experiences and live into your authentic brilliance. Our conversations will be based in your own embodied wisdom, which we’ll explore through experiential relationship with your anatomy and physiology and through lenses like somatic experiencing and qi gong.

You'll learn foundations to cultivate a practice that resonates in the wisdom of your bones, in your fluids, in your every cell. In deepening our understanding of the relationships and dynamics happening within us, we can find greater resource in navigating challenge and celebrating vitality.

This is an extraordinary opportunity for people who experience sensitivity to the world around us, who work with depression or anxiety, who work with other people through healing arts, teaching, social work, activism, and other connections, and for anyone seeking greater understanding of your own wholeness.
