Herbal medicine consultations create an opportunity to go deep with herbal medicine.

Experience the guidance and resource possible in connection with herbal medicine and your own living being. Herbal medicine consultations are centered around growing connection with the intentions you hold for your life and finding resource and relationship in connection with the wild world.

These sessions incorporate

• a holistic intake of your health history

• the intentions you hold for your well being

• elemental awareness and assessment

• thoughtful and reflective conversation

• herbal recommendations including custom formulations*

While I’m working on a new space to welcome in-person clients, herbal medicine consultations can take place online by way of Zoom, by phone, and in-person outdoors around Asheville, NC.

Initial sessions typically last about 90 minutes, sometimes a bit more, sometimes a bit less. Initial consultation prices include a brief follow up consultation.* Schedule your initial consultation.

*Consultation prices do not include the cost of herbal formulas like teas or tinctures. These are available to clients at a reduced cost.
